We realize that equipment based Pilates may be a new form of exercise for you and we would like to give you the opportunity to experience a workout for only £1. This is also an opportunity to try a new Yoga or mat based Pilates instructor. Anyone is welcome to try something new at Juice Pilates and enjoy creative exercise.
