Traditional
Pilates Mat This is a classic Mat Pilates class.  In this class we will utilize the Balanced Body® method with a Juice twist.  This class is targeted towards a diverse population.  We will focus on creating core strength and stability, breathing, whole body movement and balanced muscle development.  Come along to increase strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk. 

Fitness
This class is a little more intense than our Traditional Mat class.  This class is well suited for those who want to practice basic principles, move at a faster pace, and incorporate creative movements that will challenge your core.  We will also utilize other Pilates props to wake up your muscles and encourage balance.
