Cambridge Juice Pilates and Yoga Class Reviews



This is a wonderful class and Babs is such a great instructor. I had never done reformers before and I was extremely impressed with the class. I got a full body workout and I had fun while doing it!  I'm so glad she opened her studio here in Cambridge.I was one of Bab's Instructors at the University of Iowa. Babs is one of the most dedicated Wellness, Yoga, and Pilates practitioners and instructors I have met. I can only imagine how this dedication in learning translates into her teaching! I highly recommend for you to try Juice and see for yourself!
My first time taking a Yoga class was with Babs at Juice Pilates in Cambridge. Babs' enthusiasm made the experience that much more enjoyable and I would suggest taking a class at Juice to anyone who desires letting go of all their stress!I took my first reformer Pilates class with Babs and didn't know what to expect.  I was pleasantly surprised at how hard it was!  My muscles were sore for 3 days after the class and I immediately wanted to come back for more. She's patient, and a fantastic instructor who clearly loves to help her students, from beginners to more advanced; she immediately makes any newcomers feel at ease with her positive energy. Babs's yoga classes are top-notch and easily some of the best I've attended. They're  engaging and dynamic, focusing on deepening your practice no matter your skill level or ability. In 4 short weeks, I saw transformations in my body strength from her reformer classes as well as drastically improving my yoga practice. Juice Pilates and Yoga is certainly the place to be in Cambridge for a great, fun, and highly effective work-out!
